How this works

Why a build fee plus a retainer?

The build fee covers the initial system — discovery, design, and implementation. The retainer covers what comes after: monitoring, fixing what breaks when an upstream API changes, and adding new workflows as your process evolves. You're never required to take the retainer, but most clients do once the system is live and they see what it's worth maintaining.

What determines my quote?

Number of integrations, whether the logic needs custom Python (versus standard n8n nodes), and how much historical data needs migrating or cleaning. You'll get an exact number after a short scoping call — not a guess.

Do you work outside GTM, RevOps, and supply chain?

Those are where I specialize because the patterns repeat — pricing logic, lead routing, ops reporting, route optimization. If your problem looks like one of the case studies, it's probably a fit.
